Due to it being a digital product, we DO NOT allow refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue, please contact us so we can work something out.
★ Am I able to manually print these?
If you purchase a file that allows printing (like digital business cards, art prints, etc), yes you can print them yourself however you need to export them to a printable file type on Canva.
But please be aware that the colour may come out differently than the digital version (see the difference between RGB vs CMYK: https://99designs.com.au/blog/tips/correct-file-formats-rgb-and-cmyk/)
★ Do they come in different sizes? Can I resize these?
Some files like art prints do have different sizes. Digital templates, they’re the default size of the original content recommendation. However, if you would like me to resize the template, feel free to reach out and I can do that for you (free of charge!) OR you can resize it yourself (DIY) on Canva Pro.
★ What are the “uses” of these products?
